NAIDOC Week: Indigenous Leaders

Indigenous Australia is hosted by the National Centre of Biography at the Australian National University.
As well as containing entries in its own right, Indigenous Australia brings together all entries on Indigenous Australians found in the NCB's biographical websites–Australian Dictionary of Biography, Obituaries Australia, Labour Australia and Women Australia.
The site also supports special projects such as the Australian Indigenous Autobiography Archive.

The Australian Dream education resources explore five themes, which we recommend studying in the following order: (1) Introducing Adam Goodes (2) Cultural identity (3) History and truths (4) Racism (5) Resilience and reconciliation.

Ken Wyatt was elected in 2010 as the Federal Member for Hasluck, located east of Perth, making history as the first Indigenous Member of the House of Representatives.
